Discrimination at the Courtrooms
Discrimination is everywhere in the world and no matter how many people try to stop the discrimination of certain races, it will never really go away. You may have heard a lot about discrimination in schools and other places but have you ever heard of discrimination in the courts? Yes, discrimination can happen here as well. It may sound funny that there is discrimination going on in the court because this is suppose to be a place where justice is served; even lawyers and judges discriminate people in the court because of certain things. It is really unfair for there to be judges and lawyers who are racist because it will be really difficult for people to win cases just because they are of a certain race or just because they have a different color of skin. Let us now look at some of the things that justify discrimination so without further due, let us begin.
The thought that you are better than others always leads to you discriminating other people because no one is really better than anyone when it comes to human beings because we are all created equal. Discrimination has been something that has been at the start and is still going on right now no matter how many times people tried correcting it. Yes, it is true that there are people who are smarter than others and there are people who are more skilled than others but this does not mean that you can go around and boast that you are a better person than others just because you have these skills. You can also detect discrimination when you think that you are a higher class than others. You should always help a person who is being treated wrong just because they are of a different race or just because their skin color is different.
If you are someone who has a case and you will like to have a fair trial but the judge is racist and discriminates you, how are you going to have a fair trial? It can be really hard and you can not get the fair trial that you have wanted. One reason is that the person in court will not get a right and clean judging because the judge is against you. If you are trying to win a case and your judge keeps discriminating you, it can be really hard to win because since they are higher than you, you can not really do anything about it and these judges have the final say so you are at their mercy. Discrimination and racism is everywhere even in places where you least think they will be such as in the courtroom. It will be very hard indeed and this is not fair as well because everyone deserves a fair trial.
